Default RA 25 wins

I find it annoying when one person in a team has 25 wins the whole team is send back to the outpost. Why isn't only the person(s) with 25 send back, so the rest can go on.

What are your thoughts about this?

The 25 win teams most likely could get to 100 with ease. My guess is to keep Random Arenas, random.

Except the team that got to 100 would be a completely different team that the first 25, syncing aside.

How so? I wouldn't quit if I had 25 wins, that's 5 points every win.

Because it will kick each person out after 25 wins.

I re-read the OP and now it makes sense, that's horrible to do to people in RA. It makes the format even less played.

it works if he leaves right away. so the other people with less than 25 wins remain. then those 3 people won't be kicked back to the outpost.

but that can be pretty hard. because mostly dudes forget about it. but next time when u join a team and u guys r getting lots of wins and have the feeling u get to 25. ask if people have more wins then you. and if so, if they can leave right away so u guys can stay in a team.

because previously once you reached around 20 wins, you would automatically be transferred to team arena, now that bridge is broken.

Too bad people dont do that.
How it should be imho:
Player A (25 wins and will be send back to outpost)
Player B (24 and will go on)
Player C (24 and will go on)
Player D (23 and will go on)
Player E (Joins B,C,D)

When B, C, D and E win that next match B&C will be send back to outpost and players F&G join (well you get my drift)

Happens many times that 3/4 of a team is at 24 and one player is at 25.

this is probably just lazy programming on anets part.

because it used to go : 10 wins from RA = Team Arena.

and so they switched from 10 wins to 25, and team arena to random arena outpost.

it would not make sense when they first programmed it to only send the ppl who reached 10 wins, because then you would have 2 or 3 ppl in a 4player team arena map and they never bothered to switch it since.

Back when there was no cap there were many times when I went through TA with my guild with well over 50+ wins in a row, a couple of those went beyond 100.

And that was TA. In RA I would imagine it is possible for the right team to go on forever or at least until someone has to quit.

Or it should be changed to: no more glad points after 25 wins (only faction/strongboxes)

This would a party go on if only one is at 25, so the 3 others are also able to get the max glad points.

Just read the OP properly instead of attempting to brag.

He's not complaining that RA teams can't go on forever past 25 wins, he's complaining that if one person gets to 25 and doesn't leave, the whole team (regardless how many wins the rest are on) all get kicked.

Amazing that only a few people in this thread managed to read properly.

the only thing that helps is asking how many wins everyone has (usually after 1st win), and then ask whoever is ahead of you in victories to leave before timer ends after 25th win, in case you crawl that far.

they ought adding that info whenever you enter RA...it cost me quite a few 25 wins.

People don't do that ;-) (atleast if the player joining has skill)

its usually the one who's ahead who should either let others know about it and leave at 25, or at least leave after 25. but hey, those who actually do their off their own accord in RA are as rare as competent players are.

imo they should just change it that the 25 win player is sent back and team stays..... it's annoying getting to 21 wins only to be sent back to outpost.
